Just a quick word really to say what a fantastic website you have.  I literally stumbled across it while at work (don't tell the boss) and your site has currently been on my screen for the last 4.5 hours (inbetween doing some work (I use the term "some" rather loosely here), I've been going through your site.

already high expectations! Without exception every frame, ring, and clasp was even more beautiful in person and excellent quality! Hello Lisa,

Thank you for my goodie bag which arrived this morning - especially cheers for the lolly-pop!  I'm desperate to use all the frames but must show some restraint because I'm behind hand for Christmas pressys - as usual- and some of the frames are just for me to play with!

You must be the only person in the UK stocking hex-frames, and now in several sizes, which is great.  I've had them previously from the States but ordered some soon after 9/11 (?7/11) and they didnt make it.......I suspect US customs probably blew them up.  So you've come to my rescue.

Hi Lisa, In reply to your message about my request for LOT 6940, I had some of the Jet Cascade delivered last week and I need another skein. If you still have any bearing the same dye lot 6940 on tthe label I would prefer one of those as sometimes the shades vary, but no problem if you don't have that dye lot - I will just take one of whatever you have in stock. Hello Lisa, I would just like to thank you for the extremely efficient service offered by u-handbag. I was quite astounded to receive my first package in the first post the day after I ordered, especially as I hadn’t sent the order until 4o’clock!
