**Heavy and/or bulky orders
It often happens that we pay our postal provider more than we charge, especially in the case for worldwide orders, where there is a maximum weight restriction of 2 kilos. We therefore reserve the right to:
- send heavy and/or bulky orders via the cheapest postal method, this may include a 3-5 day courier service. Should you need your order quickly please contact us and we will give you options;
- charge a supplemental postage charge, should this be the case for your order we will contact you in advance to discuss your options.
Please note that we may contact you after you have received a shipping confirmation email.
Dispatch Times
Orders received by 1pm will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order, on business days (during busy periods and/or staff holidays this period may be a little longer).
Tracking Information
All orders that are sent using either the 'Tracked' or 'Signed For' services will be sent a unique tracking code (which you canfind at the bottom of your shipping confirmation email) to enable you to track your order through the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
